SHIPPING POLICY

Anna Thai Food is based in Houston, Texas. We ship to eligible addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Areas and Availability

Shipping availability depends on the products in your order, your delivery ZIP code, and the available carrier service. Frozen and refrigerated products may have more limited shipping areas than shelf-stable products.

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. If a suitable shipping option is unavailable for your order, please contact annaofficial462@gmail.com before purchasing.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3 - 4 business days, unless a different timeframe is clearly stated before purchase.

Frozen and refrigerated orders are dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays, excluding holidays, to help avoid extended weekend transit.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s transit time.

Shipping Charges and Tracking

Shipping charges, including any applicable cold-packaging charges, are disclosed before payment. Estimated transit times depend on the selected service and destination.

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after shipment. Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Frozen and Refrigerated Products

Temperature-sensitive products require suitable insulated packaging, cooling materials, and shipping services. These products are available for shipping only where we can arrange an appropriate delivery service.

Frozen or refrigerated items may arrive in a separate package from shelf-stable items.

We may need to adjust dispatch timing because of extreme weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions. If this affects a promised shipment date, we will notify you and provide the delay and cancellation options required by law.

Receiving Your Order

Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address and arrange for someone to retrieve temperature-sensitive packages promptly. For gift orders, notify the recipient that perishable food is arriving.

Open and inspect your package immediately after delivery. Promptly refrigerate or freeze products according to their labels.

If food that must remain cold arrives above 40°F (4.4°C), or you suspect that it is unsafe, do not eat or taste it. Contact us promptly. Significant thawing, leakage, damaged seals, or other quality concerns should also be reported.

Delivery Problems

For missing, damaged, incorrect, or temperature-compromised items, email annaofficial462@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Please report problems with frozen or refrigerated products as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the products and packaging, and a temperature reading if safely available. Do not keep unsafe food while waiting for our response; photograph it first if safe, then dispose of it safely.

The requested reporting period helps us investigate and does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

We will investigate delivery problems and provide a refund, replacement, or other remedy as appropriate under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. A carrier delay does not automatically disqualify an order from a refund or replacement.

Address Changes and Storage

Contact us immediately if you need to correct your address. Changes may not be possible after shipment. Any additional charge requires your agreement.

Problems caused solely by an incorrect address supplied by the customer or improper storage after delivery will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Shipment Delays

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer the required choice to accept a revised shipment date or cancel for a refund. If legally required consent is not obtained, we will cancel and promptly refund the unshipped portion, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
